Henrico Fire Receives Highrise Training

With modern fire protection like fire alarms and sprinkler systems, high rise fires that extend beyond the area of origin are infrequent. What happens when they do?

Henrico County Division of Fire has been given a once in a lifetime opportunity. Genworth Financials purchased the Ramada Hotel and has turned it over for Henrico Fire to conduct high rise fire training.

Henrico Fire has set up some of the most realistic high rise training possible and invited other local fire departments to participate. Training will be conducted Monday thru Friday from 8:00 am till 5:00 pm.
