Stained Glass Garden Stepping Stones

Stained Glass

For ages 18+. This class is designed to strengthen and tone the entire body using the large Swiss Ball, medicine balls, and the BOSU™. Hatha Yoga (Beginner and Ongoing)
For ages 18+. Learn to better manage stress and improve your overall health and well being by receiving instruction in yoga postures, deep relaxation, deep breathing techniques, and meditation. Coping With Stress
For ages 18+. Bike Maintenance
For ages 16+. Ever wanted to work on your own bicycle? Gears not shifting as they use to? Need to fix that flat tire? Then we have the class for you! This class will help students understand and perform basic bicycle maintenance through a combination of lectures, demonstrations, and hands-on application. Topics covered include tire and tube replacement, gear and derailleur adjustments, basic wheel truing, brake and headset adjustments, safety check and preventative maintenance. Tidal James River Wildlife Tour
For ages 18+. Enjoy the wildlife on the tidal James River from a 24-foot covered pontoon boat. 37th Annual Henrico Two Ball Golf Tournament
For ages 16+. This annual amateur golf tournament is a 54-hole tournament that will use a best ball format. The event will have three divisions: Regular, Senior (both participants must be 50+), and new this year, a Super Senior (both participants must be 60+). For ages 18+. The Fall CoRec Adult Volleyball League (three men and three women) begins September 10. Leagues are divided according to skill level with Tuesday night being the highest caliber of play. Fee includes 12 weeks of play, including 24 matches and a single elimination tournament. $82.50 is due at registration and the balance will be paid directly to the referees.
